NORMAS: LOS ASISTENTES DEBEN SEGUIR LAS INDICACIONES DEL PERSONAL LOGÍSTICO Y DE SEGURIDAD, Y LAS NORMAS DE LA INSTITUCIÓN Y DEL LUGAR. NO SE PERMITE INGRESAR ARMAS NI OBJETOS PELIGROSOS, SUSTANCIAS PSICOACTIVAS O BEBIDAS ALCOHÓLICAS, NI PERSONAS BAJO SUS EFECTOS. LA ORGANIZACIÓN PODRÁ NEGAR EL INGRESO O RETIRAR A QUIEN PONGA EN RIESGO LA SEGURIDAD DE LOS DEMÁS O AFECTE EL DESARROLLO DEL EVENTO. EN CASO DE EMERGENCIA, SE DEBEN SEGUIR LAS RUTAS DE EVACUACIÓN Y LAS INSTRUCCIONES DEL PERSONAL ENCARGADO.
Las personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida, las mujeres embarazadas y sus acompañantes tendrán ingreso prioritario y recibirán orientación del personal logístico durante su ingreso, permanencia y salida del evento.
El lugar cuenta con rampa,baño accesible y zona preferencial o espacio para sillas de ruedas. En caso de emergencia, el personal logístico les dará asistencia prioritaria durante la evacuación.
